TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Tan y Gader we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable & relaxing place to stay-

As we live on site we are available 24 hours a day, we are also happy to be contacted via our mobile number. 

In the event of an emergency or otherwise please either knock on the door marked private adjacent to the main hallway, or on the kitchen door towards the back of the house. 

A Fire procedure can be found in all bedrooms detailing what to do in the event of fire in the building.

We are non-smoking throughout the building.

A ground floor bedroom is available for those who have difficulty with stairs & a ramp to assist with front step access is available on request.

On booking a deposit of 1 nights stay is required either by cheque or online bank transfer at the time of booking, deposits are non-refundable unless at the discretion of the management, with the balance payable on checkout.

We reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee if cancelled up to 14 days prior to the stay.

The price displayed is inclusive of bed & breakfast with hospitality tray on arrival & any other requested charges incurred such as additional requested meals (picnics/tapas/afternoon tea celebration cakes) newspapers, will be added to the bill on departure.

Well behaved children are welcome at an additional cost

Pets are also welcome at our discretion, provided they are completely house trained & well behaved. The pets owner is responsible for them during their stay. Pets are not allowed in the guest bedrooms or guest dining room,

with the exception of guard dogs & guest towels/bedding must not be used for animals

We reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred either to the building or contents.

Any access or dietary requirements please advise at the time of booking.
